The laptop is great and would’ve given it a 5, but the power adapter/charger died in me after like 6 months.

Got this for a birthday present and my son loves it. Good for games, but he also takes it to classes in his backpack. Hes reported no problems.

No response when asking for warranty info

I bought this around July and it functioned quite well for a bit- ran CSGO on low settings at a steady 120ish FPS with Discord, Spotify, and Chrome in the background. I installed a TB SSD in the additional slot because I wanted more storage and it was a pretty simple process. Unfortunately, for some reason it has been freezing randomly for seconds. It doesn’t affect functionality that much, it’s just a big pain and especially weird that such a well reviewed laptop would lag on applications such as Chrome and Spotify. I’m not entirely sure what the reason for this is- I checked every setting that might optimize performance, etc... also, when it is idle, I find that the fans go whirring. Also not sure as to why this is the case as nothing is really being used? I’m currently resetting to factory settings (I only really had games on it anyway) to see if that will help anything. If not, I would just save your money and go full send on a PC setup or better laptop to be honest. :/
