Nice screen but doesnt work very well

First pc ive ever gotten and its pretty good for someone like me who is new.

I bought and received this on 5/19/2021. It would not play audio, instead the speakers would crackle. After being on for more than 15 minutes the fans would stop working and the keys would get hot. This is when being used on a hard wood table with nothing around.

Problems:

This thing is a good value, especially when compared to todays massively inflated GPU prices. Hell, a video card I bought 4 years ago is worth more today than when I bought it.

I am very happy with the gaming quality, and this item was cheaper in Amazon compare to other online shopping websites!

Laptop stopped charging with the cable provided by the manufacturer 24 hours after I received the laptop.
