Great overall laptop but when I bought it it seemed fine but now the graphics aren’t measuring up to what they should be, turns out the laptop I bought never came with the Nvidia Gefore graphics card that said the laptop had. When trying to figure out what it meant i’ve opened up Nvidia control panel only to get the response of “No Nvidia graphics card detected”. If i’m doing something wrong help would be much appreciated.

Got this for a birthday present and my son loves it. Good for games, but he also takes it to classes in his backpack. Hes reported no problems.

I dont use it for gaming but for editing youtube videos and it works great

I bought this 5 days ago and at first it was really good for gaming and everything I needed it for but after 5 days the the laptop wont charge no matter how many times I plugged in the charger it neither gave me a error nor a charging sign it just wont charge. I personally think I wasted my money on a item that couldnt even last 1 month without getting a repair like wth is this.

I bought this laptop to replace my old gaming desktop as well as be mobile with it as I travel. It worked great right out of the box. Setup was super fast and easy! Most games I can run at ultra settings! Video editing and photo editing work just great. I id notice some lag when I had too many tabs open when Im doing research but it may be software issues on my end. I intend to add another 8 GB of memory soon and pop in a 1TB SSD soon. This laptop works great! Battery though isnt the greatest but its to be expected on a beast of a machine!

Gaming and school work..

When this computer arrived, upon first turning it on, the screen went black after a few seconds. It can be woken with a Fn F6 key press, but will go black again after a few seconds. This will repeat for 10-15 minutes, and then stop. It happens every time the computer is turned on or woken from sleep. I spent 2 hours with Acer support trying to solve this issue, but could not. I had to send the computer to Acer for repair, which is currently being done. The computer itself worked great, and had no issues when connected to an external monitor, but the screen being inoperative is a massive issue.
