I am not a gamer but wanted a new laptop with features that this one had. The lighted keyboard is amazing. I did add ram to the laptop but is was already fast as sold. great product

Bought for my son who is big time gamer. Plus its great for all MS Apps, Excel, etc.

Works well. My son is able to game at much higher FPS than ps4 or Xbox. Biggest downside is memory but that can be upgraded.

If negative stars were available, this would rate a minus 5. Like many other buyers, this item was a brick: Dead on Arrival. After 3 hours of dealing with ACER Customer service and Amazons incredibly insane return policy on a high value item, I was finally able to arrange a normal return.

This booger is a screamer! Nice, two M.2 ports, and HDD port. Fast, nice clear screen, and oh, did I mention its really fast!

first when it arrived just lift it om my porch then I took it out of the box and plug it in and nothing happen so I try plugin it in some were else and still no power so I whent to amazon to do a return they call me right back and told be to plug in in and push button I told them I did all this and then they told be to plug it into and other outlet then I told her I did this to 3 time then she said did you watch the video make shore you turn it on right that the first thing I did before opening the box is watch the video then she gave me wrong instruction for return I would never ever by this from them again

The computer is good and windows 11 works well with most applications. The keyboard lights up and the brightness is adjustable, which is very good! However, the battery life is very bad, especially for a gaming computer. I have to recharge the battery every 3.5 hours, thats bad. I suppose Ill be buying a new battery for it soon.

17in display (diagonally) that is not touch screen...love that.
