I bought this as a certified refurbish, which Ive had success with. After 2 weeks it bricked, wouldnt reboot. Returned it. No problem so far. I get my refund. $143.10 restock fee. Restock, is it fixed? Or is another unsuspecting customer getting this lemon. Not happy. Fix it, dont restock it.

Okay so the title of this review maybe misleading, but I noticed this is one of the biggest issue with this machine, it even got me the first time. Had to order a replacement. When that came in same issue no power.

Battery life is horrible wouldn’t last 2 hours when I first got it I keep it on charge now, Laptop is extremely fast and has ran everything I’ve thrown at it so far, and the black gets extremely dirty really fast and I have some keys fading now

so far so good. Did not buy this for gaming. The price was right and hopefully this will last me another 10 years.

Es un excelente producto por el precio que maneja además de que es perfectamente lo que uno esperaría de una laptop gamer, solo de ser necesario se necesita aumentar la RAM a 16gb

Es una excelente lap top, el unico inconveniente es el consumo de la batería, hay que colocarlo en ahorro de energía para que dure mas tiempo

My only complaint is the battery life. But it was a great price and I was able to add an extra 1tb storage and 32gb.

Hasta ahorita todo bien, la acabamos de recibir hoy, todo pinta bien, primero creimos que no funcionaba porque no encendía, pero no estaba bien conectado el cargador a la laptop. Llego a tiempo.

I received the laptop, plugged in the power supply, but nothing would light up or power on. After troubleshooting with Acer tech support, they wanted me to send the laptop in for repair. I decided that a brand new laptop shouldnt need repaired and opted to return for a full refund instead.
