The computer came dead and unable to charge. A complete disappointment. And Amazon did NOT refund the purchase for days after I sent it back. I highly discourage a big item purchase through Amazon.

The screen quality is fair and it’s nice to watch shows and movies on, but for gaming I don’t get more than 25 frames sometimes. Sometimes when my frames are okay around 60 fps, and I try to stream it drops 30 frames ;-; these are my frames on valorant usually they’re a bit higher for league but they’re not as important on league in my opinion. Heats up pretty quickly so I have to turn the nitro fan to max (I’ve only had it for about 7 months). It dies pretty quickly without the charger; around 2 hours and that’s if you keep the brightness all the way down to save battery and have battery saver on. I think the frames are lower also if you don’t have it plugged in. It took me a while to figure out how to turn it on bc it has two notches when charging it so you have to really shove the charger in until you hear two clicks.

Product upon arrival would not turn on, or take a charge.

Purchased mid 2021, computer worked amazing well for 8ish months but now all the sudden the computer cant utilize the GPU (3050) and the motherboard will not launch BIOS... if anyone has any idea what is causing this it would he greatly appreciated.

Great laptop fast and sleek

doesnt seem to perform 3 times better than the average laptop, despite costing 3x as much. not sure it was a great investment for me. Id have given it 4 stars if it wasnt so expensive.

Ive had this for 13 months. It was great for about the 1st 10 months then the screen started showing extreme distortion. Buy at your own risk

The pc itself is beautifully detailed. I love the red and black. The only issue is the battery charger cord is not the correct fit. I bought another cord and it worked perfectly. That is important, the cord needs to fit properly. Other than that it was easy to setup and the keys glow in a red color. Perfect for gaming. My niece will love this birthday gift.

Its a decent gaming laptop if you are playing games that are not taxing. Even for a laptop with a 3050 installed and the fans cranked to max this laptop will feel like its gonna explode. I had two moments where it would shut off from overheating while I am in a game of league of legends on medium settings. So I had to switch to low settings to even play league without any frame lost.
