I had 2 of these units, the first just stopped working - would not turn on would not show any signs of charging or power at all after using for about 2 weeks.

Love it use a lot

I purchases this for almost 50%of during Prime Days and that is the ONLY reason I am not completely upset. Zoom doesnt work because it freezes every 5 minutes. The TouchPad wont work either. None of the tricks are fixing the issue either. I havent had it long enough to not work and I have a work laptop I use 95% of the time. Still debating whether to send it back. Dont purchase this or you may be frustrated as well.

We rarely use this laptop. It is maybe used once a month if that. Just noticed the w button went out.

This is my first experience with a Chromebook. I recommend taking the tutorial to get acquainted with keyboard shortcuts (for instance wheres the delete key?). Using it mostly for web surfing, streaming and photo compilation. App based interface is similar to your phone, very intuitive. Fast boot-up time. Good battery life. Nice touch screen.

This is my second Acer Chrome Book but the performance doesnt compare to my first Acer purchased 4 years ago THe second Acer has difficulty loading apps and must continually be re-booted. It also loses the wifi connections, sometimes repeatedly in a two or three minute time span. So sorry I didnt review this product more carefully before purchasing.

The product is not a bad one, just that wen I got mine two days after it stop working, the company replaced it and it’s working out jus fine

I recommend. It works well. Does everything I need. Literally have no complaints. Price is reasonable too.
