Love it and I am still getting used to it. I dont like games etc on the computer I use for books and personal business so I bought one like this as my old one died. Works very well.

Late posting a review but wanted to share my experience with the product. I purchased the computer in July 2020. Two days after the warranty went out, it wouldnt turn on. I had to contact support. We finally got it working by hitting the refresh and power button. It worked correctly for a month after that. I contacted support again and they told me it probably has a dead battery. The battery didnt last a year.

Much faster and of course newer than my old Acer 15 Chromebook, which was one of the first 15 models they made and the only 15 Chromebook on the market when I bought it. I got this because I wanted something good for couch surfing and my old Chromebook doesnt support Android apps so it was starting to feel very limited in use. I decided on this model after reading a lot of positive reviews, which mainly turned out to be for the last model that uses this devices same name.

I purchased the chromebook because my wife needs a basic computer and my kid also needs one for his remote learning. By creating a primary account and a supervised account, the chromebook serves both purposes. The touchscreen makes it easy to interact with many apps. The keyboard and touchpad are usable. The battery usually lasts a full day (8 hours) with mixed use. The sound is loud and clear. The USB C and USB A ports are nice, but I hope there is a HDMI port. I bought a USB-C to HMDI adapter to output to an monitor. The chromebook is light and never gets hot. My only complain is the thick benzel, making the small screen look even smaller.

This was supposed to have an Intel Celeron 4020 popCPU, but instead has a worse Mediatek CPU. I would return it, but its for a gift and I wouldnt get a replacement in time

I love this laptop whole heartedly. It is perfect for my home office. The design and weight is very chic and modern.

The purpose has been achieved. It doesnt have a touch screen and the battery life seems a bit less than my former Samsung. All aspects are above average. A very good buy.

This is an excellent chromebook. It is fast, the touch screen works perfectly, and it seamlessly switches from laptop to tablet mode when you flip it over. Screen quality is great - videos are crisp and clear. The speakers are terrible - I can barely hear the volume when trying to watch a movie while doing dishes. Headphones pair with no issue.
