The hardware form factor for this convertible is excellent. Unfortunately, if you are familiar with the Windows OS, youre going to HATE the Chrome operating system and quickly run into its application limitations. This could be a good choice for students whose school has standardized Chromebooks or someone on a budget that doesnt allow for a Windows convertible like the amazing Lenovo Yoga. I wanted to get a new table to play games through google play store. Much to my surprise this is a computer and tablet all in one. Set up in minutes and away I was playing my games. Cant beat the price and/or the product. I am do please with this purchase!!!!!

My daughter loves this laptop. It’s a Christmas gift and has had this 5 months and it stopped charging. Who do we contact to see if the manufacturer warranty covers this?

Worked great for the first month, then started shutting down, and losing the OS, telling me it was either gone or corrupt. Would NOT recommend this. Since it worked for the initial month, it was past the return to Amazon date, so now I have to go through Acer to get it fixed. Way more hassle than I expected when I bought it.
