I purchased this chromebook in 2020 to use for work (3-6 telehealth sessions 4 days per week). Positives: its light, user-friendly, relatively affordable, simple, and pretty fast. Im not a technology person at all, but this was very easy for me too navigate for work.

Just shy of being a Luddite, I can add no real useful information about this product to the detailed reviews here. All its specs are on the product page and also mentioned in the better reviews. So Ill just say why I like this.

Im surprise! for the money I paid, this is a very good laptop, I got it because my previous HP was too slow and always with virus blah blah, I Dont use it too much just to pay bills, amazon, facebook etc. so this laptop is perfect for me. :)

It’s a great computer. I’m still getting the hang of it since it’s chrome and not Microsoft.

I will never buy from this seller again. The laptops mouse felt off but I ignored it since it is refurbished. I used it for a zoom meeting a month later and the mic sounds like I am underwater and makes a random high pitched sound. I complained to the seller about this and they said sorry. Nothing they can do. I wanted to return it since it is clearly defective and again sorry no. No customer service. How Amazon allows them to sell products on here is beyond me. Stay away.

Arrived and screen was DOA. I contacted ASUS and they are accepting it for repair. Very disappointing!

This laptop is amazing...when it works. Every few weeks the touch screen capability stops working. Not gonna lie, that makes me really hate this laptop. We use it very gently for homeschool typing. There’s no reason it shouldn’t work all the time.
