My mother-in-law is getting up there, and needs things to be simple and light. She only does gmail and card games, so this was a good choice for her. The screen is sharp, it is light weight, and the battery life is good.

I think this is good for what it is, a cheap way to browse the internet. But versus the laptops I have used in the past, the screen quality is not good and is dim. Keyboard not as comfortable.

Just received awesome screen quality. I love since it’s not my first Acer chromebook I logged into my gmail account and it automatically transferred many of my saved items. 4 pounds is heavier than I expected when actually feeling it. Still loving one month later

Well worth it’s price. It is an awesome laptop and I love it so much.

Acer Chromebook was purchased new. On arrival, the screen was dead. Power indicator lit, as did keyboard backlight. We contacted Acer for warranty/customer support, and once we provided the serial number, were informed that the item was out of warranty! Right out of the box! We had to return the product to the seller, which was easy, and we were refunded promptly. But the overall experience was frustrating and time consuming.

The touch screen wont work. The laptop was taken straight out of the factory sealed box when it arrived and booted up. We tried all the diagnostics recommended by Acer and nothing would fix the problem. Keyboard works fine. Returning the laptop for a refund.
