The laptop is very fast with Core i7 CPU and 16 GB RAM and works great. One aspect that I do not like is that the ecological material is not what I expected. In the future I will see if the material is resistant.

Great lightweight laptop. Has everything I need for everyday computing.

So far so good its pretty fast acts good I like resolution the screen size pretty much everything about it is pretty nice laptop

What impressed me the most Acer was one of the few to use an i7-1195G7 in a laptop within this price range and it remains cool & quiet. For work laptops I always avoided i7s due to the extra heat/fan noise, this is one area Acer pulled off with their very good cooling engineering. This is a nice balanced laptop which will fit the needs of a student & office work. The included travel sleeve provides basic protection.

Says its 5GHz, but when I went to check the settings of this laptop, it was said there was only 2.9 GHz...

Acer isnt known for making th best laptops but this is alright and the specs are quite good. Its probably not the best you could for the money or maybe it is but I found no issues with it. There was some typical bloat ware and it could have used more metal in the case but its a working computer as you would expect. I would look for side by side tests of this hardware with similar computers to see how the cooling and design fairs if you were shopping around

I was impressed with mine. Although it has an issue with the trackpad not responding properly, but Im swapping it out for a new one, and Im excited about it getting here.

A penas tiene 7 meses de uso y las bisagras ya se dañaron. y al querer hacer valida la garantía es muy batalloso, las compre en amazon USA y yo vivo en mexico y me dicen que tengo que tener un domicilio en USA, la única solución que me dieron es que la lleve con servicio autorizado por ellos y tampoco las piezas son fáciles de conseguir, por todo eso no recomiendo que la compren por todas las complicaciones que genera.

First of all, this PC might be OK for kids or students who just do homework and surf on the webs, but not for heavy tasks require faster processor or memory speed or anything more than 2GHZ ish. Just few things; there are many people complained about R/E keys are misplaced, well, please read PC description, they are placed in backward on purpose. Second, this PCs fan makes loud noise than you probably expected. I had to reduced max processor to 70%, otherwise it will drive you crazy. Third, its actual processor speed is only 2.9GHZ and memory speed is 2.6, so make sure if this is suitable for your tasks. Its description says 5 GHz that doesnt mean its 5GHZ process speed. And last, as other viewers mentioned, its speaker is very low and PC is quite heavy. I ended up return it, I decided to pay more for a faster PC instead.

Good product, no issues since I purchased it. It even fell and there was no damage surprisingly to it. Only issue is the battery life last about 4-5hours with constant use. Hoped for a longer life
