This laptop is great! Our son is autistic & obsessed with computer video games & he loves it. Now I will say he uses it so much that we had to replace it after a year because he is hard on a laptop but my husband took the first one & replaced the fan & keyboard & now he uses it for work and it works great. We even got one for our daughter because it’s great for the money. Now I will say it’s not a gamers laptop but for my son it works great for rodblock & sims. If you want a laptop for light gaming it’s great. Worth the money.

3rd time buying this laptop and its awful keeps freezing up and its not as fast its suppose to be not buying anymore electronics on amazon anyone was hoping it would be good ha ha its not !!!!

I bought this product because of the brand new description, but the didnt come in its original box and even the charger is an off brand. The laptop is not touch screen. Ive had it for 1 week and it had a software update that took 4hour with the screen stuck at 100% update done. I wouldnt recommend it at all, Im returning it.

Great screen quality and slim exterior

This product was great as far as quality and appearance but with it being in S mode it is very hard for a child to do homeschool work on it. Once taken out of S mode, you still can’t open applications or go to certain websites. This can be a bit frustrating for someone who isn’t familiar with computers.

Mi hijo no a tenido problema

Good quality computer for the price. Just be aware that the operating system is a Windows S. This feature will not allow you to install any third party apps such as Chrome, Steam etc. Easy enough to turn off.
