Screen quality is good. No issues with streaming or playing video. The Alexa app is a definite plus.

This computer is a reasonable price for the quality. I use the computer for web browsing, and Microsoft Word documents, for the most part. I never play games so I cannot report on that. The laptop is quick, clear crisp picture, and has average sound. The only con is the battery life is not great, I get about 5 hours before I have to charge. I highly recommend this laptop.

Only question is it’s shown as the newest 2023 model but the manufacture date is 1-07-2022?!

great product and service, slow delivery

Operating system freezes, slows down once you open multiple apps, track pad stops responding after 10 minutes of use. Does not recognize product code. Piece of junk!

I gave this item 3 stars because it does not have a touchscreen. This is probably my fault as I have since learned that if it doesnt say it you dont have it. It may be a good product but I returned it for this reason alone.

Its a fine working laptop. The speed is good and it works well. What I didnt know is that because of the windows operating system downloading from the play store that you cannot load what you might want.

Ive owned all brands of laptops (except Apple) and Acer has been the best performer and most reliable of any of them. Im replacing an Acer Windows 7 laptop only because the hard drive is so full it wont open programs. And I have moved everything I could move to a separate hard drive. All photos and videos. Its got a 500 GB hard drive, but after moving 20 GB, its full again in 2 weeks, so it got to be too frustrating to us on a daily basis. Im not a gamer and dont need a $2,500+ state-of-the-art laptop. This one is plenty fast, has the latest software system and has plenty of memory. Ive owned it for about 3 months now and havent had any complaints. Acer is the best bang for your buck in my opinion!!
