I requested these sheets to repair some rot on my trucks body panels before it goes in for Inspection. I like the fact you can cut these to size, heat them, and while hot shape them by using a good section of the trucks body panel. Once they cool I will fit them, make any minor adjustments and mount them by sanding, cleaning both surfaces, and adhere them with a 2 part epoxy. Once the epoxy has set, I will sand, clean, prime and paint with a matching color. It will not be a perfect body job, but it is a work truck, not a show car.

So far, I have used this to make a box with a sliding top and open ends to use with my C-pap. I place the box in front of the air intake and place a fiber pad with essential oil inside the box to create a refreshing breeze all night. The box turned out ok, but I did not have anything to use as a jig to get crisp folds but it still works. It cuts ok with a razor knife for straight lines. I think a couple of pieces of 1 x 4 boards and a couple of clamps would have worked to create the jig to get a crisp fold.

These are great for molding around things. Im pretty impressed with the quality of the plastic. They bend pretty far without breaking.

Great for any number of DIY project. These sheets offer decent flexibility but remain rigid. Durability here is limited to the thickness of the product, which is to be expected, but the quality is not in question. Using these for arcade stick modifications.

I used these to build sides of a truck bed on an RC truck I am building. They cut very easily with a pair of snips, and I used a grinding head on a Dremel tool to make finer adjustments. I used a heat gun to bend the sides up and it molded to the shape I needed very easily. It all glued down well with some shoe repair glue and some weight on it overnight and seems very secure. I did rough up the smooth side (the side I was gluing down) with a sanding block just to be safe. Im pretty happy with the product, and I have plenty leftover for my next project.

Its ABS plastic, it is the advertised product. I used it for making a cover for some of my dash and mounting my relays to make a board. Worked great

This is my first time using this thermo plastic. But all and all easy to use. Heat bend hold. I use glue in the corners for it to stay square. But pretty self explanatory heat bend hold.

not ABS. tried to glue to motorcycle fairing would not stick. tried to glue to itself would not stick. do not buy this stuff if you need ABS.
