> 24 hourI used these to build sides of a truck bed on an RC truck I am building. They cut very easily with a pair of snips, and I used a grinding head on a Dremel tool to make finer adjustments. I used a heat gun to bend the sides up and it molded to the shape I needed very easily. It all glued down well with some shoe repair glue and some weight on it overnight and seems very secure. I did rough up the smooth side (the side I was gluing down) with a sanding block just to be safe. Im pretty happy with the product, and I have plenty leftover for my next project.

> 24 hournot ABS. tried to glue to motorcycle fairing would not stick. tried to glue to itself would not stick. do not buy this stuff if you need ABS.

> 24 hourThis is my first time using this thermo plastic. But all and all easy to use. Heat bend hold. I use glue in the corners for it to stay square. But pretty self explanatory heat bend hold.

> 24 hourDefinitely have to use high heat with a heat gun to get this stuff hot enough to be flexible (because of how thick it is). The adhesion of it sticking to itself could be better, but if youre working on some bulkier heavy duty things, this stuff is great.

> 24 hourI used these for small faceplates of electrical projects I have been working on. The material is thin and flexible, but that makes it easy to cut. Its easily bendable with a heat gun which I did to add some strength to the plate. I wouldnt use it for this application for a large plate because of its flexibility however. I am also planning to use this for a small dust collections shield but havent gotten around to that one yet. However given the experience Ive had so far, I expect it to work out well.

> 24 hourGreat for any number of DIY project. These sheets offer decent flexibility but remain rigid. Durability here is limited to the thickness of the product, which is to be expected, but the quality is not in question. Using these for arcade stick modifications.

> 24 hourPros: These abs sheets are fairly strong but still lightweight. They are great for craft making and diy projects. They are moldable with the heat from a hot air gun. Once they cool they retain their shape very well. The easiest way I have found to cut them is with a straight edge and hobby or utility knife. I have used this abs in the past to make aux switch covers for trucks and atvs. It works well for this purpose since it can easily be molded and drilled. Overall: For the price these moldable abs sheets are really nice. I recommend them.

> 24 hourI requested these sheets to repair some rot on my trucks body panels before it goes in for Inspection. I like the fact you can cut these to size, heat them, and while hot shape them by using a good section of the trucks body panel. Once they cool I will fit them, make any minor adjustments and mount them by sanding, cleaning both surfaces, and adhere them with a 2 part epoxy. Once the epoxy has set, I will sand, clean, prime and paint with a matching color. It will not be a perfect body job, but it is a work truck, not a show car.

> 24 hourI love having sturdy ABS sheet handy to make panels and brackets. The only downside is that I can’t use my laser cutter in this because of the noxious chemicals produced, but the same goes for PVC. I cut things out quickly with my bandsaw, so it’s not really an issue.
