> 3 dayI dont use this as a bar mat, but to protect my kitchen countertops like an oversized industrial grade silicone trivet. Primarily I use it for cutting boards to steady and dampen impacts, keep airflow underneath, instead of the ad-hoc wet towel which can easily warp wood cutting boards. But its also great to keep a grip on mixing bowls, putting down hot lids, utensils, and basically anything that I wouldnt want to put down on my bare countertop. Also way cheaper to replace if damaged. The totally flat back side can be used in a pinch for kneading (a small) bread and other things that need a smooth surface (I wish the logo was in the corner, but understand this is not the intended purpose). This thing is so hefty and grippy that as long as I put it down on a suitable and clean surface, it takes quite some effort to move significantly. When dirty I just scrub lightly with a brush and toss it in the dishwasher--dont have to baby thing thing much and care is minimal. Contemplating getting another few for a larger padded prep area, but need to free up some kitchen space...

> 3 dayGreat for under the coffee maker on our sideboard buffet. Thick enough to protect against heat, and provides some extra space for spills to fall on it instead of the furniture.

> 3 dayThis meets my need for a thick, durable silicon mat to use on my coffee bar. It’s heavy, a stable surface for sitting glasses on, and feels like it will last forever. It’s worth the premium.

> 3 dayAs I feared, its possible (although not likely), that your jigger will tilt over when its positioned *just* the right (wrong?) way. The gap between the bumps is wide enough that if the edge of your jigger is almost touching one bump (but not quite), and is therefore overextended past the last bump its resting on, it might tip over when liquid is added to it. To be fair, Im not sure that making them closer together would be wise, since it would be harder to clean. I usually hold my jigger while pouring anyway, but sometimes its nice to pour and leave it sitting, like when prepping some soda water to be ready to pour last. I was tempted to give it 5 stars, however, it has allowed a jigger to tip over once, so keep it in mind.

> 3 dayExactly what I needed and expected. I may have other review on this item as I have multiple purchases of this item. I think it the best I’ve seen and used. Some may be concerned about the price, it is well worth it for the durability. Easy to clean, I highly recommend this item.

> 3 dayWe needed a mat that could catch any leaks from the coffee machine and this met the sweet spot. I used it to create a coffee bar and free up counter space.

> 3 dayI bought this mat to put on the counter by the coffee maker, and now its the spot we put all of our glasses on to pour drinks at during the day. Its designed for heavy duty bar use, so it catches and protects our kitchen counter from all spills, splashes and that annoying fizz ring from pouring sodas, and then can be quickly rinsed off in the sink or put it in the dishwasher for a real cleaning.

> 3 dayIts a very nice bar mat. Its thick, sturdy, and well made. I bought this for my home bar and am glad I did. It has saved me a lot of time and frustration on cleanup. If you have a home bar or need good bar mats for your business, I highly recommend these.

> 3 dayI was on a quest for protective silicone mat for our new glass stop electric stove. Not an easy search since most covers I found were quilted materials. I actually found a one piece that works great from another supplier for when the stove is not in use at all....BUT...when these mats came up in my search I HAD to give them a try!!...and boy-oh-boy....these babies are the ticket! Thick and sturdy!!!...and now Im not afraid for something to accidentally get slammed down on my stove when Im not in the kitchen to protect it..lol . I especially love the fact that I can keep one mat on the stove while Im only using a couple burners...and have no worries about setting a hot pot on it. I plan on buying a few more to give as gifts for family members...they wont know how much they need one till they have one.
