> 24 hourI use these brushes for cleaning machinery and auto parts, and thought I was making a very wise decision buying these in bulk for a fraction of the price I was used to paying at the big box stores for bronze bristle brushes. Well, I got a fraction of the result -- in fact now that I think about it, probably something far worse, since the complications potentially introduced by these bristles falling apart are many. And they do, easily -- After cleaning a single gunked up set of screw threads these bristles go from bright and full of life, to a thin kind of middle age, and they leave remnants of their former glory everywhere. Never before have I felt it was my civic duty to let others know what to expect. Good luck, fellow shoppers.

> 24 hourThey were as advertised. For my purposes, cleaning a very dirty carburetor, they worked good enough. They werent as durable as I might have liked, but at about only 50cents each, they made up for it. The head of the brushes were small enough to get into some pretty tight areas.

> 24 hourO ordered a box of these and they meet my expectations for a quality small stainless wire brush. The plastic handles flex a bit but I have never broken one and they seem to stand up to the tasks of cleaning battery terminals or rusty bolts and threads. I use these everyday and always want to have one handy. I strongly recommend this product and economical pricing.

> 24 hourNothing gets grimy like jet aircraft engines. Lots of tight spots and fasteners. These brushes do the job! Brass so they wont scratch anything-tough enough to clean 100 LPT module bolts! I suppose theyd work around the house, too. I wouldnt know. I use a maid service. Great buy for the quality and price!

> 24 hourNot sure if they are actually brass?? Appear to be gold-ish colored steel. They work okay, but the bristles bend flat a lot quicker than some of the real brass brushes I have. For the price and quantity they are worth it. If you are buying them as softer than steel brass bristle brushed, Id keep looking.

> 24 hourI was hesitant on buying these as the last set I bought from another supplier that looked just like these were cheap and very poorly made. These on the other hand are of very good quality and last a long time, the handles will break if you bear down on the work but come on they are like .50 a piece so use common sense. We use these to clean parts in the parts washer and they last a couple of weeks when used gently to scrub parts, Pre-soak the parts if they are heavily crapped up and you will find the grime comes rite off with out mushrooming the brush in the process.
