Ridiculous setup process that forces you to be online to even start.

Everything was laggy and slow and I could barely have one to two apps open.

Dont buy this item!! Just stop working on my today out of nowhere. It sits on my mini desk, so no I have never dropped it. Big waste of money so upset with this item and seller.

The picture description says BACK-LIT KEYBOARD, but it isnt! Whomever designed the website for ASUS should be fired! I went through a big hassle trying to find an ASUS laptop that actually had the back-lit keyboard that was advertised on several of their models, but didnt have it! I wound up buying an ASUS 14 laptop that actually had the ADVERTISED back-lit keyboard from Office Depot/Office Max. I had them verify it before I bought it.

Excelente equipo, súper practico pero yo notaba al trabajar que era lento, tengo varias laptops y me sorprendió notar un ligero lag al cargar aplicaciones, no me gusto que trajera windows 11 así que la formatie por windows 10 y corre sensacional

This is a great little laptop. I was skeptical at first when ordering it but it did have a lot of good reviews so I took a chance on it and am glad I did. It serves my computer needs, is lightweight and small enough not to take up a lot of space on my desk but has good screen quality.

Fast, easy to use, super battery life. Limited storage if a large program is installed. Takes expertise to clean up W10 to increase available storage space.

This is a well built solid low end laptop. You should not expect much power from this system. However for web browsing, watching streaming services (like Youtube, Hulu, Amazon), and basic office tasks like word processing, Quickbooks, etc this laptop works without issue.
