first one received wouldnt turn on; after a call to tech, a replacement was quickly sent! This is exactly what i was looking for as a travel laptop; small, not much larger than an ipad; W10 os so can load my norton, office 365, zoom, and everything else without hitches. Screen quality was great for the size of the unit. small memory, but likely perfect for a road unit and the price. Havent got the innovative keypad or touchscreen to work yet (thus no rating), but thats on me and it isnt important for the purpose of this unit for me. Older processor; wont be mining bitcoin on it, but exactly what I wanted when I purchased. 1 note - it does have an hdmi to connect with a better display. In the photos of the unit at the time when I bought it showed no such connector so I bought a converter...unnecesary as this unit has hdmi, usb 2.0, usb 3.2 and usb 3.2 C.

Después de la ultima actualización de Windows ya no cargo la batería, la dejé cargando un día completo y el porcentaje de carga disminuía en vez de aumentar, hasta que se apago y ni con el cargador conectado enciende. Solicitaré la garantía la compre hace un mes y medio.

Me gusta su diseño, calidad y rapidez al encendido. No me gusta que el teclado es de Estados Unidos, se puede configurar a español pero no deja de ser una pequeña molestia para los latinos.

Es una maravilla de computadora, he probado algunas con procesadores superiores y presentan un consumo exagerado de recursos, pero esta laptop incorpora un sistema operativo liviano, haciendo que su funcionamiento sea muy optimo.

Nice buy, especially for the price. I was looking for a relatively cheap laptop to replace my old one that I had had for 6, almost 7 years. It works well and I’ve had no issues so far. I thought the 180 folding feature the screen has was silly at first, but honestly it’s come in handy more times than I thought it would lol I’d recommend for anyone looking for a cheap or size/space friendly laptop. MUCH smaller than my old one though, the keyboard difference took some getting used to. But overall a good purchase!

I love ittt! The morning se pad and numeric pad together!! I learn something new everyday about my laptop! Im going to get my mom one!

It Was a great laptop and worked for what I needed it But I hated the Microsoft family security feature like in 38 why am I getting family features + I kept getting Bad Blue Screen problems which just won’t stop also gigabytes are so low.
