Ive wasted time and money on this product as well as with numerous people at hp’s customer service group. Id be unlikely to buy another hp product. I’m hoping that I just got bad luck and most of you are having a better experience.

Clear screen. Great speed. Great value for money. For school.

I purchased this computer on December 7, 2020 and its 7/7/22 now. The hard drive crashed and does not work. I havent even owned the computer for 2 years and its dead. Its a good thing my daughter doesnt need it for school anymore.

Fast with video editing, fast processor, I can have A LOT of tabs open at once. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I bought this computer in 2020 as a backup and only used it for 30 minutes just to make sure it worked. Turned it off, put it back in the box and left it until I needed it for a trip 3 months ago. I have now been using it for just 3 months -- so the computer has been used for 3 months and 30 minutes, basically. And this morning, I plugged it in and it blew up.

This is a very nice laptop and the price are great.

Im giving it 4 stars because at times when I am scrolling on a page the screen turns black for a few seconds.
