Fit perfectly on my older Ender 3. Fit right on my lead screw and you use the 2 original screws to bolt in into place. Watch TH3Ds video on fitting these if youre not familiar. Nice it comes with 2 so you can easily fit to dual z axis. Z hop and overall Z layer accuracy has never been better, but if you have major Z axis issues dont expect this to be the magic fix.

This worked perfectly on my Ender 3 to keep the gantry from dropping whenever the stepper motors disengaged. In this sense it was a life saver. The reason for one star off is that the threads are rough and getting it on to the z-axis screw was a PITA. It kept catching and binding no matter how gentle I was with threading it on. I ended up having to grease the inside of the threads on both pieces of the anti-backlash ends and even then I had to push with some solid pressure past the point where it started binding. Once I got past that (about 2-3 turns) it threaded on smoothly as if it never had a problem. This made installation frustrating. Install took about 20 minutes. Should have been 5-10. In the end though it works great and does exactly what it was designed to do. Havent had a single drop on the gantry since installing. Only downside is that when I disable my stepper motors, I cant move it up and down the z-axis by hand anymore. Its a bummer, but Id much rather have it be stable. Despite my frustrations, its still a good deal and would definitely buy one for any future printer.

Most 3d printer noys just make junk toys; and will not have the skill to install these. Which is why there are a lot of bad reviews. Toy printers arent usually machinists. I found these easy to install and they stiffened the z axis a lot. The accuracy is great.

This was easy to install. And it removed the slack from my gantry. I do wish they supplied at least one extra washer and screw set. As small as the washers are I was easily able to lose one. But that was my mistake.

THIS IS A BIG ISSUE, DO NOT BUY UNLESS THIS IS FIXED. THIS WOULD NOT FIX ON MY ENDER 3 as the MOUNTING HOLE IS too far apart.

I bought the oldham couplers and they didnt match with the original parts.

The mounting holes on these anti-backlash buts are drilled slightly too far out from the stock mounting holes, so they dont fit on the brackets. Completely unusable without hogging the bracket holes out!

Attempted to use these with some Oldham couplings on my Ender 3 Pro but had to use the original factory z screw nuts instead since the bolt hole pattern was too wide on these. Unfortunately cant return now as past the date. 1 star as description states it works with Ender 3 Pro.

Easy to install. Just do one side at a time.
