> 24 hourI was looking for a hole saw kit to install a new deadbolt onto an exterior door. The instructions for the deadbolt said I needed 2-1/8 and 1 holes so I looked for a kit that included both of those sizes. Surprisingly that was kind of difficult to find. I could easily find kits with 1 or the other size but this was the only kit I could find with both sizes I needed. So I give credit for including those sizes, which I imagine are standard for installing a deadbolt or door knob. My problem with this kits comes from the quality. The metal of each of the bits is extremely pitted and looks to be scratched up and used, but was not. Very poor quality control. Also the case they came in is very cheap and the plastic latch is extremely flimsy and will break off after opening and closing a few times. This is not a tool I will need often, potentially ever again, but I would likely look for a better quality kit if you are searching for hole saw bits.

> 24 hourI tried to use the largest 2.5 hole saw to cut through 2 of wooden floor from my crawlspace towards my distribution panel to run some conduit. The hole in the saw which normally has two flats to drive it, rounded out so that it no longer works (see picture for comparison of good drive hole vs bad). As the largest hole saw in the pack this is the most torque demanding. However the saw was evidently insufficiently hardened for the task, hence the 1-star for durability.

> 24 hourI was very hopeful because the price was great and it could arrive quickly for a project I was working on, but disappointed with the quality. Hole saws were stacked on top of each other which makes sense for space saving in the packaging, but they were jammed so tightly together it took me 30 minutes to separate them. They were also covered in machine oil of some sort. The worst part was the reliability... I was drilling through hardwood and making decent progress, until I just couldnt make it any further. Pulled out the hole saw and found all the teeth were ground down and literally gone. This literally happened in less than a minute. In my 40 years of doing construction projects Ive never seen anything like it, but I guess you get what you pay for. I ended up going to the hardware store to pick up a quality hole saw and it went through the wood I was working on with no issue. Possibly I just got a product that wasnt manufactured properly / properly hardened so I dont want to 100% rule out this product as good but buyer beware.

> 24 hourThe set that I already owned didnt have the size that I needed, so I purchased this set. My only complaint is that where the stamp is that displays the size was so shallow on some of them that I had to get my measuring tape out to determine the size. Other than that, it worked perfectly.

> 24 hourI had 1 hole to drill. The center bit snapped in half and the actual part i was using (2 inch diameter) bent to the side. Made it very hard to drill the hole. Eventually i got it to work but I would never trust this kit again after it broke on me. Do not buy if you expect it to last.

> 24 hourMetal is too thin and bends. Used the 2.5 to make a hole in 1 plywood and saw shank bent making the saw teeth not flat against the board. Then the shank ripped through the flat portions that keep the saw from rotating around the shank, becoming useless. I didnt even finish the first hole I was cutting. Next up I tried putting the drill bit in the small arbor to use the 1 hole saw. The set screw sticks out enough to interfere with the locking nut making everything uneven and unbalanced. Totally useless.

> 24 hourThe kit got me through one job I needed it for, thats the only reason I gave it 2 stars. The center drill bit broke out, the set screw that hold it in place wont get tight enough to keep it from spinning without stripping out the allen head. Overall, buy a better quality set if you can.
