ZUGU CASE for iPad Air Gen 4 & 5 10.9 Inch (2020/2022) - Protective, Ultra Thin, Magnetic Stand, Sleep/Wake Cover - Black

Using this with the iPad Air 4, I found that I was unable to get the iPad touch system to work. I notified Zugu and told them about the problem but I have had no response. I’m now using a much lighter, less sturdy apple iPad cover. the most disappointing thing about purchase is the lack of response from Zugu.

Although this cover is a bit pricey and I debated about spending this much on it, I am happy with my purchase. My previous cover was nice, but continuously slipped when I placed in the easel position. This one does not. Its cover has magnets that securely hold the cover where you place it in 8 different slots, even if you pick it up to move it. The cover folds backwards which is the opposite of what I was used to. But I am getting more used to it and am enjoying the sturdy, and stable positioning. One commenter noted that this caused the side facing the screen when closed to be exposed when open to whatever was on the surface where it was placed. So far, I have not found that to be a problem.

I’ll be a lifetime customer of ZUGU cases. They’re so well thought out! They aren’t overdone, where they’ve got so many features you don’t even know what to do with. It’s almost like they took a giant survey of what the masses wanted in a case, and materialized those requests. This case is for my moms new iPad Air 4th Gen. but, I got my first one on my iPad Air 2, then got one for my iPad Pro 12.9”, then got my wife one for HER iPad Pro 12.9”. My mom loves them, especially the brown, so without missing a beat, I ordered her one as well. You can stick em to the fridge, stand em up any way you like, it’s got several points of adjustment for how you want your iPad to sit, etc. they’re even thin enough that they don’t add a ton of bulk! They’re kinda heavy, but worth every single ounce! If you love this case, but aren’t sure wether to buy or not, as I know they’re relatively expensive, don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it. I freaking LLOOVVEE ZUGU Cases!

This is my second Zugu iPad Air case….. the first was for my iPad Air 1st generation…. And is as good as the first day it first went on my first iPad Air…. Circa 2014-15…and it protected that iPad from all too many a tumble!!!l that iPad is “obsolete” now as it will not take anymore updates…. But that Zugu cover is still going strong. So of course there was a no brainer but to put a Zugu for my recently purchased new iPad Air 4. This Zugu iPad 4 case has a few new and well thought out modifications which are extremely handy. But the tough and resilient protection is still there and is hands down the best of the best…..

The case has a very good stand built in for viewing. The magnets built into the case make it the best for positioning the iPad at different angles without falling down like some other cases. Glad I bought it.
