ZUGU Case for 2021/2022 iPad Pro 12.9 inch 5th / 6th Gen - Slim Protective Case - Apple Pencil Charging - Magnetic Stand & Sleep/Wake Cover (Fits Model #’s A2378, A2379, A2461, A2462) - Stealth Black

I purchased a Zugu case for my 3rd gen iPad Pro a few years ago. I love everything about it. It’s slim yet durable. Magnets are strong and I really loved that the entire inside was lined with felt. The logos were beautifully displayed in and on the outside of the case. Which I believe to be a lion head. Fast forward to now, I just purchased a 6th gen iPad Pro and had no question about purchasing another identical Zugu case for this iPad. The only difference I was expecting was the change in the camera lens because apple designed a square camera with this model. While everything seemed to look the same when unboxing it, I immediately noticed the logos were not on the case and I actually thought I received a knockoff product because I happened to read the name Zugu sideways and I actually thought it said CQCN. Lol I was also surprised to notice that they skimped on the product since my last purchase. The buttons are totally different and they now look and feel much cheaper. I also noticed that the entire inside of case is not felt lined, now it’s only felt where the back of the iPad sits in the case. As far as the cover that touches the screen isn’t felt anymore but some other more hard material and it just didn’t have the same quality feel. I sure hope neither the buttons or the cover decide to fail being that it’s def a cheaper redesign probably to save on cost of making product. But if that was the reason, then the price of the entire case should have been cheaper than $80. I would have given a 5 star review if the case was identical in quality to my last case but it just doesn’t look or feel that the quality is there for this newer version. I am def questioning a possible return if I don’t like the functionality of the buttons or the cover. My iPad costed over $2000 and I hope the case performs well.

I love this case. It protects well, and is really sturdy and versatile.

Used one of these for my old IPad for a full 4 years. It’s starting to wear now but with the amount that I use my device it held up very well. Just got another one for my new IPad and love this one also. I expect to be using it for at least 4 years just like the first one. Love them!

I love this (my second) ZUGU case for my iPad! I hope they continue making them!!!!

Expensive but totally worth it. I bought this case to replace an original case I had that had frustrated me to no end. This new case stands up in many magnetic slotted positions which is exactly what I wanted. It makes using my IPad so much more convenient because it never slips from whatever viewing position I’m using.
