This review is not only to review the case, but the 2 year warranty. I purchased my case December 2020 and has had no issues or concerns as to the safety and protection of my 12.9” 2020 IPad Pro. I confess I dropped it a couple times (on carpet) and it came away unscathed. Fast forward (7/10/2022), I noticed the magnets came loose on the cover. I dreaded having to look for a new case and I certainly didn’t want to drop another $80 on a replacement. So I dug through my amazon purchases to see how long the case lasted to see if I got my money’s worth. That was when I noticed the 2 year warranty. I had completed forgotten about it. So I reached out to the company that very night, Sunday, to inquire if my particular situation was covered under the warranty. Wouldn’t you know it, by mid-morning (Monday 7/11/22), I heard back from the lovely Christine who simply stated, I see you are within the warranty window. We will ship you a one time replacement. What address are we shipping your replacement to? Seriously, no questions asked (I did send a photo with my initial inquiry). Today is 7/13/22 and I am in possession of my replacement. Amazing, is all I can say. I usually don’t write such long reviews but wanted to provide the details of my experience. If you are on the fence as to whether or not to invest (yes, its an investment) in a ZUGUCASE, know that the company stays true to their commitment to honor the 2 year warranty. More importantly, they honor their commitment to their customers. A rare find these days.

Ottimo case. Resistente e comodo, soprattutto perché sta in posizione anche quando lo si usa sul divano o su superfici non piane. essendo rigido e magnetico mantiene l’inclinazione desiderata a differenza delle custodie tipo “folio” che sovente non mantengono la posizione. Comoda la zona per la penna. Per chi dice che è difficile calzarlo sul pad dico di stare attenti quando lo si inserisce, inserendolo prima nel lato esterno del case (Quello dove c’è l’alloggiamento per la penna) assicurandosi che gli angoli siano perfettamente inseriti, quindi col pollice tirare un poco uno dei due angoli rimanenti del case per inserire il terzo angolo del pad e una volta ben inserito tirare l’ultimo angolo del case, facendo un po’ di forza (La gomma è dura ma insistendo senza forzare si flette a sufficienza) e completando l’inserimento. Nel caso fate prima un prova piegando gli angoli col dito per individuare quale è più morbido e questo lasciatelo per ultimo di modo che faciliterà l’inserimento dell’iPad. Il costo è abbastanza alto, ma diciamo che la qualità si sente, ed è arrivato anzitempo, quindi non mi esimo dal mettere 5 stelle.

Gute Qualität, praktisch und Super Tragekomfort

Love how durable it is and the strength of the magnetic backing is on it. Only thing I would add to it... I wish you could stand it up and lean it back how ever far you wanted to like you can when it’s on its side.

It fits the iPad well. Its well made and provides excellent protection.

Holds iPad well while I am sitting in my lift chair. Makes using iPad so much easier. Love being able to store my pencil and being able to charge it.
