Zoo Med Natural Cork Bark, Round, Extra Large

Have to admit, I was skeptical about purchasing this Extra Large round due to the fact that none of these pieces are guaranteed to arrive precisely as depicted online. It is truly a hit or miss, a roll of the dice, a shot in the dark, a gamble, a....well, I think you get it. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you dont. I was amazed and very happy when I opened the box to discover the exact piece I had envisioned! However, because all pieces are different, some larger than others, despite being labeled Extra Large, etc., I cannot highly recommend these cork rounds, but only wish you luck.

The same thing happened to me too !! After not one but two reviews on it happening to people I would think they would of got it straight by now since the first time happened over a year ago. It was what I wanted in product, but not the style, (half) as shown in the picture, it was a tube style, please someone correct this. I spoke to someone in customer service, she was really helpful and told me that she could replace it but because it happened to other people before she could not guarantee me that i will get the half style as shown, I would probably get the same thing again, sad part of all of this is I really needed it.

It seemed like a good idea, but if gave off a terrible smell after about a week.

This is supposed to be one piece I get back from a trip and open my package which was not damaged and this is what I get looks to me that it was shipped that way what am I supposed to do with this good luck trying to reach someone! Have it one star cause you can’t give zero stars!

Its a mixed bag, Bought 4 of these for vivariums. 2 were huge are really nice, one was totally smashed up and one was tiny. No idea how the last is an Extra Large, more like a medium.

Looks awesome in my bioactive Viv! Came with moss still on it and fit perfectly. Approx 10 inches long. My ball python seems to enjoy it as well.

great to use as a hide for crested geckos.

Perfect for my boa. But PLEASE before putting any new piece of cork or wood into your reptiles terrarium bake it in the oven at 250 degrees for 30-60 minutes!! It won’t harm the product in any way but each piece carries a risk for mites.
