Mop stuck in one position! Have to stick hand in bucket to get mop on spinner because mop won’t move stuck in one position. Requested refund!

Don’t like it

I liked this mop a lot when I first got it, but after only a few uses the pin that holds the head on the mop rusted and basically desinagrated. I messaged the seller and was told that they were sending me a new mop head on October 11th. They said it would be here in 7 to 12 days. Today is November 2nd and I still havent seen anything from them.

When first putting mop together, I couldn’t get it in a 90 degree angle. One must step on head to get it in place. After that…..it was a dream come true. Fast, easy to use, easy on my back, & getting everything very clean. Highly recommended by this user.

This mop and bucket is sturdy and works great on my tile and vinyl floors. The foot pedal spins great keeping the water in the bucket not splashing out

Best one so far. I think I have found one easy to use, will have to see how reliable it will be.
