Zilla Mini Halogen Lamp Reptile Bulb, 25-watt, Night Red (3 Pack)

First, let me say that as far as heat bulbs go these do a great job of keeping consistent temps. I own a small reptile business and converted several of my critters over to the mini halogens. What I dont care for is that I purchased a 3 pack of these bulbs April 25th for 3 separate enclosures; its just a little over a month later and all 3 bulbs are already burnt out. I had each bulb set up up on a timer to run 12 hour shifts, so I figure at $6 a bulb they should be able to run more than 432 hours before expiring. Its almost too expensive to use them for more than a few enclosures at $6 a pop and have them burn out so fast, hence the 3 stars.

I was supposed to have received 3 red halogen nigh lights and I got 2 of the red and one white. Need the third red night light.

Great value. Best bang for your buck for sure. These are great for providing heat to my snake and the three pack is so much better than buying them singularly.

It’s a replacement bulb...

I received two night bulbs and one useless day bulb. Buyer beware.
