I understand this on a freshly painted tailed and it doesn’t stick. It comes right off.

Needed on back of car to let people know I had something on back of car

Our trash bins need to sit in the street a bit, so I wanted to get some retroreflective tape so they are easy to see at night. This stuff worked perfectly. Its immediately easy to see when driving and its sticking to our bins well even without cleaning them first and has been rained on many times already.

Need something to help mark out cargo try. This was exactly what was needed. Cut to length. Easy to attach and highly effective.

I wanted something to mark the outboard fuel can carriers on my Jeep so that I and other people would stop walking into them at night while camped (they stick out slightly from the side of the Jeep and when you come around to the back of the Jeep they are painful to walk into. With this tape applied, they light up beautifully when one is wearing a headlamp. The other nice thing is that the tape is not overly ostentatious during daylight, so it more or less blends in with the white Jeep. One thing to note is that this tape has DOT-C2 printed on it every few inches. I just cut those pieces out for my purposes but for some people this might be a deal killer so be aware! I doubt this tape is actually DOT-C2 compliant (despite it being printed on the tape) because according to my reading, DOT-C2 tape is supposed to alternate between white and red color. So caveat emptor on that aspect of this tape. But for a prismatic tape that goes on easily, is easy to cut with a knife or scissors, doesnt have a gummy adhesive, and reflects light really well, I think its a good buy. JUST BE AWARE OF THE DOT-C2 printed on it!

Used it on the bumper of our rv. And on a couple of wooden light posts. works great.

I kind of expected more reflection off this tape. The red part is not as bright as I expected.

This is a highly reflective and very sticky Tape. I am using it on my Mailbox post so my old old friends would not missed my house when they visit me. I recommend only for smooth services, no rough play. And other reviewer is right, what with the DOT-C2 printed all over on the tape!!? What if someone want to use it for art work or details!?
