I made the mistake of adding water and never realizing theres a small piece of cardboard at the bottom so it was there for a day before I noticed, so beware. The drink is cold and can retain ice for a little while, I wouldnt say for a full day though, not a big deal for me but my biggest gripe is that the straw it comes in doesnt let the drink flow well when you try to drink from it, its like it suctions onto the bottom and it makes drinking a little more difficult then it needs to be, lifting the straw just a bit helps a lot, Id still recommend this product though

> 24 hourIn my humble opinion “YETI” has been the leading manufacturer of insulated Products for commercial and personal use. My wife purchased “2” 26oz cups one in Black and the other one in Blue. We have had so many other brands that were supposedly leak proof and had tops with “Straws” that were to short! YETI has combined in its various size items the combination of “Superior” materials and design to meet your requirements. Yes, I must state that the old saying holds true, “You” May Pay More”, you will have a product that Will last and not peel or the top will not stay true to form. I give this a “10* rating.

I fill my cup with ice when I leave my house in the morning, use the cup all day, filling it with soda, water or iced coffee several times throughout the day and there is ALWAYS ice left in my cup when I get home 12 hours later. I have recommended getting a YETI to everyone I know
