> 3 dayFirst - most cats will like this, but some cats simply do not react to catnip. If yours is in that group... dont bother. With that said - I cant tell you how many of these things weve bought. Our cats go crazy for them. We have to replace them periodically not just because the catnip inside gets stale, but because the outside is chewed through, slobbered on until it gets completely icky, or otherwise just clawed to bits. We bought a pack to bring to a friends house and his FIVE CATS universally adored these things. Seriously. We saw cats wed never seen before because they were too scared to come out, and one sniff of these things brought them out of hiding. (Your mileage may vary.) The nip is very strong and fresh. The moment we open the plastic, the odor wafts out. The cats always perk up when that happens. Seriously - if I forget what product this is, all I have to do is look for yellow catnip banana and there it is. Trust me, this is THE THING.

> 3 dayWe have 2 cats and they both love these bananas. One is a big 23 pound cat and he will lay on the banana so the little cat can not get it. It must be very strong catnip because they go crazy for these. It is so much fun to watch them.

> 3 dayI have the single Yeowww! Catnip Banana on Subscribe & Save (every 6 months) but I just adopted 2 cats and needed to get this 3 pack right away / couldn’t wait the 3 weeks until my next monthly delivery! Cats go crazy for them; they seem very sturdy. The only complaint I have is they come with a paper label wrapped around them- which when removed, leaves a sticky residue that immediately collects filth. This doesn’t seem to bother the cats!

Greater than one weekThis isnt the first time I have ordered this banana as my older cat LOVES them. I walked in today with the package and her head jerked up. She rubbed against me. Then I produced the banana. She hasnt given me the time of day since, but she is still playing with the banana. She isnt one to let me see her playing with her toys that often. My younger cat has interrupted this review to know where his is, so I do strongly recommend the multi-packs if one has more than one kitty master.

Greater than one weekThe boys lost interest quickly but it isnt because of the structural integrity or smell of the toy. Its just how my cats are. When they like it, the exercise is pretty epic.

> 3 dayFirst off - I NEVER write bad reviews. And I honestly feel awful doing this, as I really dont know if the issue is with my cat or the product itself (hence the still 3 stars) but Im hoping this can help others. Weve purchased Hot Cats products of a similar toy-style for many years now and my two boys go NUTS over them! This year, they seemed to be sold out online so I bought these instead... One of my two boys likes to lick the outer shell of these toys, until its wet to the touch. Both of the times he has been around/played with this toy, hes gotten sick to the point of vomiting over several hours...... Im unsure if its an allergy or what, but this toy is the only possible culprit (as nothing else in his daily routine has changed over the last two weeks and its within an hour of contact). I will say he is diabetic and on insulin for the last two years (I doubt that really plays a factor, but just in case). I will add though that my other cat seems to have no issues, he does not lick it and just sniffs it and seems to be fine. Maybe its something in the fabric? I really dont know. I hope its just my cat and not the product itself- but I had to put the warning out in good conscious...

> 3 day3 different kitties have now told me they like this catnip toy over any other. I dont know why - fresher, stronger, catnip perhaps? A while back I even purchased a similar catnip toy from the same manufacturer, only it was rainbow-colored - nope! It had to be the yellow banana. Cats really go nuts over these!
