> 24 hourMy projector I just purchased and the first time I used it, it froze on picture but kept speaking. Has done it multiple times. After multiple times of it freezing, they responded and sent out a replacement device promptly. Very happy with the quality of the device and customer service is top notch! Recommend giving it a go if your looking for a great device. I have ran into same issue with second device I have received. First one it was while using direct tv. The second device froze with both my direct tv and my fire stick. It shouldn’t be running into these issues. Hopefully I hear some feedback. After waiting a little while I received multiple attempts to resolve the issue…going to try a different model to see if the freezing can be resolved.

> 24 hourI had an issue with my projector and wasnt getting an answer back from the seller. Actually that was my fault because they were answering back but the emails ended up in my Junk Folder (which I never check). Their staff actually had tried to respond within 8 hours after I sent my original email. As soon as I realized what had happened I wrote them back and they took care of my issue right away! As far as the projector goes, its nice and bright and is pretty quiet! I love the 6D keystone feature which is adjustable through the remote control! First projector that Ive owned (out of 9 other manufacturers projectors) which has this feature in this price range! All in all, Im happy with this projector. Well worth the money spent! Just make sure you check your Junk Email Folder in case youre not getting an answer back.

> 24 hourFirst and foremost, I should mention that this projector has a very nice design and appears to be very luxurious. Aside from that, the image quality is good, and I would recommend using it indoors and in low-light situations with external speakers. It comes with a remote that requires AAA batteries which not included. In this price range, I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

> 24 hourDont pay full price for this. The picture quality is good and its easy to use but if you want to utilize the bluetooth dont get it. The delay with the bluetooth was a joke, tried 3 different speakers, did all the trouble shooting I could find but nothing fixed the delay. All of those speakers worked fine with other devices, just not this projector. The fan is also very loud but it is kicking out a lot of heat.

It comes in a cute little backpack case too. This is an updated review as the company stepped up and sent a replacement when the first one I got had an issue. This one is working beautifully without any issues. Really enjoying it!

After we had it for about 6 months that one also did the same thing. Other than that its good. But unfortunately does not last long at all in our experience.
