Xyron Double Sided Laminate Refill for 850 Creative Station, 8.5 x 100, Lamination Refill Cartridge (DL201-100)

The laminating material for the older Xyron 850 is hard to find. This is one of the few places Ive found to buy it. I am thankful I can still get it here. Ive had this little machine about 10 years and it is discontinued for a better model. I have no reason to buy one yet!

I have used this in the past. It is wonderful for preserving newspaper clippings or other paper things like invitations, menus etc.

I looked all over but found this item for my dad’s Laminator Xyron 850 here on Amazon! This is the exact refill that he needed for his machine. It all works perfectly and we now have a place to order more when we need it!

This worked perfectly and my copies came out so good, I was so happy with them -- thats why I bought the XRN900 machine because this machine was borrowed from a friend.

Even though I have the newer Xyrons, I kept the old style machine and just put the lamination cartridges in it. While cold lamination is not as permanent or strong/weather resistant as hot lamination, it serves the purpose for temporary outdoor use, or moderate indoor use and general crafts. Keep in mind that the plastic material is thinner than what is used in heat lamination, but it is thicker than the clear tape people often use for a similar purpose. For anything that cannot take heat, this is a great alternative for adding a protective coating.

Exactly what I needed to laminate my Dads WWII documents so they can be put into a photo album and still be legible on both sides. I couldnt find this product in local stores.
