It works without issue just hate how long it sticks out the radio. Probably just going to have my mic rewired for the Midland.

Perfect for using 4 pin Cobra style mics on an older Midland 4 pin mic.

Complete waste of money. This item does not allow a 4 pin Cobra Mic to be used on a Midland CB.
