> 3 dayI am a diabetic and I have MS. I gets custom made orothotics and shoes because of neuropathy. My orothotics fit PERFECTLY into the shoes, which is amazing in its own right because that never happens. The wide to pocket helps alleviate my toes being all squished together and Im not getting corns between my toes. I walk better and am more stable. I love the fact that I dont have to wear socks with them during these hot temps in the summer. My only issue is that the shoes dont come in half-sizes. I even have my husband wearing them now as he gets problems with athletes foot during summer because he has to wear steal towed leather boots for work. His boss, friends, a few of my Drs offices employees wear them. Some friends joke that I need to be a paid spokesperson or sales rep for the company, hahaha.

Greater than one weekShoes just as pictured. Runs small/tight. I wear a size 9 in womens, ordered 9.5 which fit perfectly. Heel not so comfortable after 4 hours.
