Womens Vivian 29 Spinner, Marble Web, One Size

I got this Monday, just flew to the other side of the country, and the zipper is tearing apart and wont open. So Im stuck on the other side of the country with a bag that will probably have to be cut open and will need to order a new one before I leave. I thought I would love this bag and now Im sad and frustrated.

It DOES come with a warranty should yours be faulty… it’s pretty cheaply made as the zippers are fragile and the side of my luggage ripped away from its connected end. My suggestion is do not place many items in this luggage if you decide to purchase as it may not hold up.

At first I reviewed 5 STAR but with my first long air travel from Toronto to Dhaka, one roller got torn from its base, Plz see the pic. I am not sure its genuine or not. Coz I had the smaller one bought from Nordstromrack 4 years back, had lot of travel, still in very good shape. I am sorry for this one.......

Stitching around zipper ripped 1st day. Zipper would not close correctly. Always leaving an opening.

So cute can’t wait to use it on my trip next week

It didnt last at all. Very disappointed, especially considering the price tag!

Horrible I got this in February I took to away in February, then again last weekend and the zippers broke when I arrived had to purchase a new one to come home!

First flight and suitcase got damaged! Nice in appearance not really durable
