Made of solid soft material. Its too small for me so i cant comment on it if its comfortable

Great collar ... But slid off even on tight... Not sellers fault... I wouldnt recommend these collars for smooth coated dogs. Excellent transaction...

I love the material that this collar and leash are made of! Very good quality, and it doesnt seem to hold in the stinky dog scent as much :) When my dog is ready for his next look, Ill be buying another set.
