Update: the seller reached out to me and sent me a new watch band, free of charge. It seems that Amazon is the one sending used or returned merchandise. At around $25, this is a great looking metal band for the apple watch. The tool provided was really helpful in adjusting the band to fit by taking out extra links. The band makes the apple watch look more expensive and it compliments any outfit. Will probably buy more colors.

Love this band! Exact color match for the Ultra. Very easy to shorten the length. All tools are included in the box. The band is not heavy at all, it is very comfortable to wear. Excellent quality and great price! Their customer service is prompt and efficient as well.
