My only issue is the width could have been a bit more wider

It was much smaller than I thought for the amount paid.

We really like this little wastebasket. The color is a little more mint aqua green than teal blue, but it blends well. We read the dimensions so knew it was small, but it really is SMALL. (The opening and base is smaller than the diameter dimension they list.) Using it in more of a decorative way than a functional trash container. Too small for even little plastic bags, and wouldnt want to hide the colorful mosaic glass outside. Its stable and sturdy, unlikely to break with accidental bump. Recommended, as long as you know what you are getting.

I really like the look of it, but do not by if you need a basket with room for more than just a few tissues.

Its a bit smaller than preferred. Looks great but not too thick so seems fragile.
