> 3 dayVery good router bit. Whiteside are not as cheap as some but they are excellent quality and very sharp. It will outlast many many cheaper ones. It cut smoothly and didnt burn the wood.

04-11-2024Great bit and at a better price than many of its competitors. This bit is large and best used after removing material with a drill press. It leaves a clean surface which requires only minor sanding.

> 3 dayI purchased this bit along with a extension to route serving bowls in 2 thick mahogany. The bit was checked in 2and half horse power router on a CNC machine. It ran for 90 minutes per tray with excellent finish and sharpness. Dont know what the life expectancy is for this bit but Whiteside has an excellent reputation for durablity. I have done three trays so far with vey good results. Highly recommended.
