> 24 hourHow many times have you been on a ladder and try to use the small top step to hold tools and parts? Ive done it a lot and often have things fall off and have to step down to retrieve. I dropped my battery powered drill and it was destroyed beyond repair. Recently moving into a new (to me) home, I decided that I needed another ladder. I had an 8 footer but it was too tall to use inside. I bought a 6 Werner from a big box hardware store. The ladder has some built in features for holding tools on the top step. After I started to use the ladder, I saw that this Utility bucket and a Paint bucket were available and I ordered both. The Utility bucket is simply great. I attaches firmly to the ladder top step and is quite roomy. I havent used the paint bucket yet but Im sure it will be equally great because I have hand-held similar buckets in the past - while trying to hold onto the ladder - and it is not fun or safe. I use the Utility bucket for tools, new parts to be installed, and old parts removed. This is especially handy when youre going to be repeating the same work a few times. For example, I had to install fan lite kits in several rooms. I had the bucket loaded with my voltage tester, cutters, pliers, etc., and kept all required tools in the bucket until I was done. Obviously, you have to have a Werner ladder to take advantage of this bucket, but Werner seems to be one of the more popular names for ladders.

> 24 hourGreat bucket. I was hoping to modify this to fit a Werner ladder a purchased recently. It would have taken a lot of time and work to get something to work.

> 24 hourWerner makes several of these type caddies and buckets for the top of certain ladders they make. I have three different ones and have used them all at one time or another. They work perfectly and make jobs easier. I would buy them all again.

> 24 hourThis little bucket is worth its weight in gold! No make that platinum!!. I dreaded the installation of a ceiling fan. Past experience of going up and down an eight foot ladder caused me to put the job off. A little voice always whispered dont do it -you know you gonna forget something. I listened to this little voice until a more commanding voice--my wifes said get that fan up or else. Past experience also told me I wanted no parts of or else. I purchased this container and loaded it with all the tools I needed and added a few extra just in case. I was able to put the fan up with one trip up the ladder! Scissors, electrical tape, a ratchet tool, pliers, loctite, knife, 3 screwdrivers, wire cutter/stripper,paper tape were the main components with room left over. I also had my home portable phone in the container. Nothing irks me more than traipsing to the phone to answer a call you didnt want anyway. I have a Werner 8 ft ladder and this fits perfectly. The construction is solid and the price is great. I believe it is much cheaper than a marriage counselor or a divorce. I highly recommend this product.

> 24 hourI purchased this product for our Werner ladder. It attached easily and is great for holding all your tools and household products. No more getting up and down the ladder to get your tools - everything in your bucket!

> 24 hourWorks great on Werner ladder. Beats climbing up and down to grab screws, small hand toolsor a drill. Just put it in the box. My suggestion would be to add a magnet to hold drill bit tips so you dont have to fumble around looking for it in the box.
