While I bought this to wrap rope perches to protect my birds from ingesting fibers, there are so many more benefits. This is the same tape that I use to wrap my own bandages when injured. I also used it to keep my dog from gnawing at a bandage. Theres no end to the uses for this product.

Those PVC bird gyms are super expensive, so I decided to try making it myself. It was fairly easy, but the pipes are slippery for the bird and they are usually wrapped with this type of tape. I loved the assortment of colors so I chose this one. It works very well and has just enough stick, but not too much. I have lots left for other projects and occasionally I actually use it for some sort of injury too. It works well for both.

Colorful, stay put. I use them for bandaging my dad’s arms. I wrap these over non stick telfa pads. These are advertised as veterinarian supply but are pretty generic Coban.

I have a wild Guinea Hen that developed a really bad case of Bumblefoot and her foot was open to the bone. Anyone whos ever had Guineas knows they are WILD! They will go for your face when you try to catch them and are FAST. So every other day I net her, wrap her in a towel and treat her very painful foot. I have to clean it, spray it with an antibiotic spray, then put Neosporin on it, a small piece of sterile cotton and wrap it. Tape would have made this impossible to do. Vet wrap is flexible, so allows her movement, its breathable, to help her heal and I can remove it without have to cut it. Since I have to treat her by myself, I could never get this done without vet wrap. LOVE IT!

Was a very goid price and just what i need to keep on hand in case of injuries on any of our livestock
