As mentioned in the title, super easy to install and really fast download speeds, definitely worth the investment.

The things I like about this M.2 SSD are that its fast, stores more games than the PS5s built-in SSD, and its compatible. I didnt like that it came with a 1TB instead of a 2TB that I asked for but besides that, its a good SSD overall for its speed and storage

Ever since i installed this i sometimes ges a green screen that usually fixes after a restart. No data loss or loading problems. Faster than the ps5 memory and it delivers top notch quality. I think its more of a ps5 problem. Great product over all.

Wow this thing is expensive, but if youre just itching to get some more blazing fast storage in your PS5, this is the way to go! It does require a low profile heatsink, so I just got this one from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GNJQ37N/ and its worked fine. Installation was super easy. I recommend watching a video online of someone doing it, but yeah, its easy.

I loved the product, at the time of buying it the price was a bit over suggested MSRP of Gen 4 PCiE NVME internal SSD (399.99 for a 2 TB model with my actual Mb/s being down by 55 of the stated 7000 (or 7 GB) for what I needed it for are easily found at $330-345), but for a change of the trustworthiness of storage solutions WD’s SN850 2280 drives are now reliable unlike WD Black HDD game drives. Would highly recommend this SSD for anyone with either a hungering for either a great upgrade on their Gen 4 capable Motherboards or to end the debate now on console extra storage speeds (Xbox you lost big time with your dopey 2.43 GB/s obtrusive drive). With that final update with the console software opening up the Extra internal SSD, gone are the days of juggling around your high end PS5 level game library.

This thing is off the scales fast. I have a Samsung 980 as well and this thing blows it out of the water. I picked up for $160 on sale, keep an eye out as thats the best deal around!

WD Black SN850 500 GB... Well, i spent more $ to get this fast SSD. Its the same as the others just more expensive. I ran this on a new 11th gen intel 11400 cpu with a new Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite m/b Corsair 3200 ram, with all the drivers in win10. Temp was 102F to start and went as high as 127F after the 6th run, has m/b heatshield. Updated firmware Ver. 613000WD with WD dash and game mode on. Buy a 1TB SSD that is just as fast as this for the same $. Sorry WD.
