What can I really say that everyone hasnt already. Its great, very fast. The software Is also good to use to. Very trusted brand so Im happy with it. Havent tested it for gaming though. Im a sound editor and its perfect for my needs.

Lo instale en mi PS5. Instalación tal cual lo describen las instrucciones de Sony. Le puse un disipador de calor de perfil bajo y cupo perfecto cerrando la tapita como Sony recomienda. El playstation lo reconoce automáticamente y me midió velocidad de lectura de 6500 Mb per sec.

Lightening quick in my PS5. Easy to fit and set up. Well worth the money and totally outclasses the SSD that Sony use.

I bought this on sale with an after market heatsink MHQJRH M.2 2280 SSD heatsink, Double-Sided Heat Sink, with Thermal Silicone pad to install in a PS5. It installed perfectly in the console. YouTube helped in the installation but it was super easy. Once I rebooted the PS5, it formatted the new drive and I was good to go. I think at retail this is too expensive but I caught it on sale at another online retailer. I had been watching some of the other brands that were known to be less reliable but jumped on this when it was discounted. I copied over several of the games on the consoles main SSD to this one and everything went smoothly. I havent seen any performance hits when playing those games off the WD drive.
