Make sure you purchase a heatsink to go with this, theres a few on amazon that fit in the PS5 with faceplate closed, just read the comments for compatability, theyre easy to put on, easier then expected.

It was a little tricky to get my computer to format it but it works great now. Recommend to look up a formatting video for this ssd when installing it. Otherwise great product

Works as expected, only bought this NVME drive because of sale and I like to hoard games that I dont even play half the time, otherwise value per gigabyte is a bit high. Wait for a sale if you can as these should drop in price 6-12months. Otherwise use a external mechanical HDD to only store the games on there and copy them back when you want to use to save on downloads.

I should have tested the drive empty, but alas I didnt. I tested at just under 30% full and the results were significantly lower than advertised. Around 5000 read and 3000 write.

I purchased this drive for installation in the second NVMe slot in a Lenovo E14 laptop. Simple to install by removing the screws and popping off the bottom cover. Drive slotted right in and was immediately recognized. Feels faster than the system drive and increased by drive capacity 4× compared to the factory drive. Good purchase.
