Ok… so easy to place in pc, but so hard to find to allocate it into the drive. I had to find so many YouTube videos…

I recently upgraded my device with this Internal Gaming SSD Solid State Drive and it has made a significant difference in my experience! The drive delivers lightning-fast read and write speeds, reducing loading times and improving overall performance. I appreciate that it has a large storage capacity, which allows me to store all of my favorites without worrying about running out of space. The installation process was easy and straightforward. The sleek and stylish design adds a cool touch.

I had a problem with installing this into my laptop. Found from HP.com that I had to install the intel ready storage drivers from the driver software for my laptop. Once done had problem with the wifi installing when installing windows 11. Same fix get the drivers. Now this laptop rocks. My laptop is pcie gen3x4, even though this drive pcie gen4x4. It still rocks.

Four weeks in my machine I get a warning that the SSD is degrading! I dont know how a brand new piece of.... equipment could possibly be spent this fast. I was really happy with the WD_BLACK 4BG version I purchased two years ago from another vender. Be sure and plug your SSD in the first day. I waited few weeks and received the system warring 36 days after purchase.

Drive was really easy to install, didnt come with a mounting screw which was a bit of a disappointment. When I initially installed the drive it didnt show up in explorer which was fixed by using widows drive manager to initialize the drive, which took seconds to do. I would recommend a heat sink for this drive it does get a little on the warm side.

Boots up super fast and was easy to install !!

This is a fine product from Western digital... Im not using it for gaming and such, just the OS and some graphic post-production software and it keeps up with that perfectly fine.

I purchased and installed 2 of these 1TB WD_Black NVME m.2 gen 4 drives in my new PC build. They both function flawlessly, very fast (first time having NVME, gen 4 or otherwise - old PC was running 2.5 SATA SSDs. This is way faster than SATA SSDs! Very happy with performance - and love the small space taken up on the motherboard for each.

I installed this on my laptop, and its an absolute powerhouse. I dont play games on this, its mainly my work laptop, but its ridiculously fast. I highly recommend this SSD if youre looking for the best bang for your buck.
