This drive is truly plug and play -- plug it in, format it, and forget it (although its tough to forget that its taking up one of your two USB slots). Its not the cheapest 2 TB drive out there, but if you want something that looks nice next to your PS4 on your component rack, its a good choice.

Just bought this two weeks ago and already sketchy stuff is going on. Sometimes when I turn it on it will say the memory is corrupted, I have to unplug it and restart everything to get it to repair. Worrying signs.

Bought for my grandson who is a gamer. He tells me it is perfect for his uses. Easy set up.

I had this for about 6 months and it just went to trash. It would have to repair itself every 5 minutes. So it would kick me out of the game I was playing. And now it won’t even connect to anything. I have to completely reset my PlayStation just to be able to re download my games. Complete trash.
