> 24 hourSo these are rather poorly made. Theyre cheap plastic and soft screws. That being said... The good: They DO work, they are inexpensive, and you get 4 of each color. They also have screws holding on the back that you can undo to change the batteries (they take 2 each) and a switch to turn them on or off. They come with batteries and a pull tab to keep the batteries full until use) They also include a little screwdriver too, which is thoughtful. The bad: Materials are cheap. Screws are easily stripped. Light flickers a little bit as you handle them. Also, since the colors are NOT LABELED you have to remove every single pull tab to figure out which is which. Purple color isnt as vibrant as Id like. Electronics/battery case is definitely not waterproof or even water resistant. All in all though, you get a lot for your money so Im not too bummed about it.

> 24 hourThese are easy to work with and to position in plants, wreaths, and items of decor. The effect is delicate and quite magical. If I order more lights, though, I’ll get them with the remote on/off switch, as it becomes a bit difficult to remember where all the various switches are hidden if you use several wound about within a bushy evergreen tree, as I did.

> 24 hourWe used these for light jars for the kids when the electricity goes out so we dont have to use candles around the little ones. We used clean clear plastic jars (mayonnaise, peanut butter, vitamin jars), wrapped a piece of paper towel roll cut to the height of the jar in aluminum foil shiney side out, and wrapped the lights around it. The battery door is held on with screws and they came with a little screwdriver to change them. We just turn the light on and put the lid on the jar as tight as we can get it to keep the little ones away from the battery pack. I also wrapped one of the strands of lights around a headband so that I could have a hands free light for myself while taking care of the little ones in the dark. We have loved these when we are in a season where it rains and trees fall taking out the electricity for hours frequently. And when the kids arent with us we use them too.
