I had a different feeder from a different brand that quit working after about two years. I decided to try this brand out in hopes of similar quality. It worked great until the last day I was able to return it, which happened to be the same day we were leaving for vacation -the entire point in buying the automatic feeder. I disassembled it and found a piece of food had somehow found it’s way underneath the base and into the “gear” that rotates to allow food to fall through. After removal, it worked part of the week we were gone, but had failed again before we returned home. Upon disassembly for the second time I found two new pieces of food in the exact same place as before preventing it from working. It appears to be a design flaw, and now Im stuck with this unreliable feeder.

When it starts dishing out the food your pre-recorded message starts playing and the cats come running. They love it so I love it also.

I love it. The set up the look all of it but I think it’s just me having trouble setting times for it to feed and not much food servings comes out but still I love it. They getting fat so don’t need to much food anyway.

It works just as advertised. Very useful.

Our cats already know their feeding times like clockwork, but the container isn’t easy for them to open. They have their portions controlled so they don’t overeat & we don’t go through cat food like crazy anymore, which is a blessing!

We like the option to change the portion size for each meal. Only wish it was able to set potion sizes on each side. Very reliable and easy to clean.

Used for two cats, so when we go out we have peace of mind they will have food overnight or when we travel. Works well, super easy assembling.

It’s easy to use, only thing is need for D-batteries, you’d think they’d come up with Lithium option, easy to program, cats aren’t over eating and they clean the bowl so dog doesn’t eat their food, they are fed 4-times a day, just a few tablespoons, able to feed them in the middle of the night while dog is sleeping.

First time cat owner and I have 2 cats! This has saved me the worry of how to portion out food and make sure each cat gets fed. I wish the instructions would say how many teaspoons per cup and that it was more than 4 times a day but otherwise I don’t have to worry about feeding the cats!

Easy to use, holds a lot of dry food, allows 4 feedings and has a voice recorder! Very happy with my purchase !
